I FELL into sleep becoming asleep eventually landing elsewhere.
Was it a parallel universe or an alternate reality?
I astral planed across the Multiverse dropping pieces of me wherever I landed.
The pieces planted took root and grew. Spreading myself throughout the Cosmos.
Everywhere is a seedling and a pod. Each pod is ready to be launched into dimensions and seasons yet to be born..
I drank the psychedelic brew. My innards erupted like a brewing thundering threatening volcano. Explosion of volcanic ash and lava vomiting up brains, burning acids, guts and false notions. Distance tore through my cerebral cortex.
My stone heart turned flesh. The sky, earth and seas faded away. Sounds of sand animals,grass, birds, trees, grew silent. Only my internal vibrations grew louder.
Drifting above the clouds I finally landed in what appeared to be a garage. No cars. No trucks. No buses. In fact no vehicles of any type, make or model.
Then I felt the thunder inside my bones. I projectile spewed poisonous bile filled with scorpions, snakes and vultures.
Every piece of scar tissue on my broken body began to stretch and contort. Tendrils of brightly colored misty fog danced around me chanting in faint tongues. Seconds, minutes, hours once fleeting gestures became stop motion audibles available only to me.
Two sets of hands one from the sky canopy the other set bursting from the earth zones grabbed and twisted me violently jerking my joints snapping my bones.
Visions melted before my eyes. My extremities disconnected from my torso turning to mist and fog. Spun silk swaddled me from birth to winding sheet.
Three sets of Gossamer wings sprouted from my back, shoulders and waist. Like a human cannon ball I exploded into tiny kaleidoscope pieces of gems and jewels.
Vaulting from the atmosphere my body careened around corners narrowly missing those ancient Pearly Gates picking up speed like a runaway freight train derailed from its course I will Live forever transcending logic. Into new and mysterious truths.
Dreams and visions diffuse through my being. Suffusing internal osmosis. Breaking apart chaos. Through synchronicity I was birthed into a trans-mortal being defying gravity, time and space. Infused with crystal clear definition.
We are Time Travelers in different Earth Zones crossing the International Date Lines using the Internet. World Wide Wide = World Wide Access. Ah! The Miracle of Technology! Oh! But let me sleep to enter into a world of dreams. Dreams, Visions, a Retinue of Lands, Places, People both living, dead and imagined.

Memory ~ American Wing
The strangest affairs happenstance twixt Twilight and Dusk. All Affairs of the Heart are pondered. Memories adjust through the perspective lens of time. Portals of Pleasure and pain. Times Zones with doors revolving opening into more doors, more rooms, secret chambers waiting to be explored.
She put her hand to the Stone and a million millennia of memories coursed through her soul and out from her pores.
She put her hand to every boulder and heard the rocks cry out their praise to Our Creator.
She put her hand to the magnificent Oak Tree and received the voices of streams, rivers, oceans, lakes and streams.

I think I’m a combination of A & B personality aspects because I look calm on the outside but am usually seething on the inside. Thank God for my writing also because that helps keep me sane. It’s the Unicorn in me. I am many voices, many faces, a conduit for spirits past, present and future. Forever eternally fueled by internal energy sources emanating from a bottomless well and my border-less garden.

I’m a Victorious Over-comer in the making! For me the keys to unlock the prison was to Challenge myself. I joined Seven Bell Fitness gym located in Brooklyn in April. Did a Strength test. My trainer said I was in good shape for a 55 year old woman. So psyched I signed up to do 10 lessons. One training per week. My trainer encourages me to push myself. I felt so good after knocking myself out. Endorphin and adrenaline rush!! Do the thing you fear the most.
Yes at 55 these exercises are more difficult for me than when I was 18 and doing Basic Training courtesy of Uncle Sam but I want more for myself. I desire Great Health and I’m gonna make it happen. No time for dissenting voices. I Listen to my true friends who encourage and support me. Yes for the next ten weeks I will be close buddies with Epsom Salts and Ben Gay but I will be a Lean, Mean Fighting Machine!!
Getting My Sweat on at Seven Bell Fitness in Brooklyn, NY!
I did my time in the Land of Sick & Tired. I’m done and I don’t live there anymore! Breaking out of that prison!! I’m a Fighter. I’m a Warrior and I’m Free!! Ten weeks of pushing it to the max with my personal trainer. Warrior Woman! Still feeling the Endorphin Adrenaline Rush!!
Check out my glowing face after a vigorous workout at Seven Bell Fitness gym. Amazingly even after my personal trainer puts me through my paces and I discover muscles I never knew I had and the endorphin and adrenaline kick in so strongly that when I get home I’m dancing, vacuuming and cleaning house sometimes simultaneously!! These hardcore workouts give me extra energy. I’m not at all tired even after supercharged exercise routines that work my muscle groups.
Going to the gym on a regular basis and working with a personal trainer is bringing results. One of the girls in the Ladies Locker Room who is in her 20s asked me how I got my upper arms in such good condition. She wanted to know specific exercises. Now that is the Bomb when a girl in her 20s is seeking fitness advice from a woman in her 50s!! The Queen Reigns!!
Radiating strength and power after my workout at Seven Bell Fitness in Brooklyn, NY. Guess I’m not too out of shape for a 55 year old Lady, but my goal is that six-pack. Menopause has been very cruel to me, taking away my formerly flat tummy and replacing it with pudge so after working out on my own since October 2013 I knew I had to go hard and join a gym. Went with Seven Bell Gym in April and the improvement has been amazing. I want to be ripped and sculpted. Middle-age does not have to be an obstacle to fitness and it’s never too late to start.
