I agree. He was a very talented chap. It’s a shame skin colour made him virtually unknown. I read the article twice!
One has to dig for the gems and jewels of Black History.
I know 😦 But the upside is, with persistence, we do find them.

Neither was I. So many talented and gifted African Americans are written out of history that I’m not surprised we don’t know about their contributions to our society.
