How do you like your eggs?
Either scrambled or hard boiled
Have you ever met anyone famous?
Yes. I live and work in New York. I work for museums located on the Upper East Side where many of the rich and famous live. Even before I started working for the museum I’ve seen Tony Randall, Woody Allen, Shaquille O’Neil, Ossie Davis and Anthony Quinn. Meeting famous people is a common occurrence and No I am not impressed with them. The TV and Movies Stars are often not very nice individuals. Money tends to corrupt people.
What was the first thing you bought with your own money?
Probably clothing or books. It was such a long time ago. Whatever it was it’s long gone.
What did you appreciate or what made you smile this past week? Feel free to use a quote, a photo, a story, or even a combination.
Warriors of Wakanda!! The Black Panther Rules and Reigns!
I watched the filming of the Tony Randall show back in the 70s. 😀 Thanks for sharing this week.
All I can say is that he looked at me as though I were a bug or something that did not belong. Guess I’m not worthy. So much for that.
I have not met anyone famous. I would have bought clothes when I first started working. I am not impressed with celebs they usually do not live up to their image.
Probably if I didn’t live in New York city perhaps I wouldn’t see famous people. However many rich and famous make their home in New York city plus my museum workplace has many special events that attract the “beautiful people ”
I’ve also met celebrities who are no longer famous and they had to tell me who they were. So what goes up will eventually go down.
Yes, they come down with a big thump 😀
Money tends to corrupt people. That’s a shame, isn’t it? Too rich to be polite? Puh-lease!!!
Rich people are on another level. Some are nice but many forget where they came from. Plus the fact that celebrity is fleeting. I have met the has beens also. Nothing lasts forever.
They are on a whole ‘nother level. Glad I’m not with them–too damn poor!
I wouldn’t mind having more money so I could retire early but not their spiritual deficits.
I once wanted to be a Celeb, good I did not. Yes they do corrupt their minds and tend to become abnormal ones. 😃

Some celebrities are arrogant and have a sense of entitlement. They think that they are special.
I am loving the images. Very creative and regal. 🙂 Harlon
