Victory and The Favor of God

Good Friday Job Miracle

As some of you know from reading my past several posts I have been going through on my job however Friday morning while completing a double shift the manager of my nemesis aka The Predator came to me to ask if The Predator  was still bothering me and this Manager reassured me that if Predator tries or says anything else I am to come straight to him.  Apparently his staff told him about the difficulties I was having so he has been watching out for me. Even though the creep has been there about 30 years and is supposed to retire he stands to lose all.  As my parents used to say, “God don’t Like Ugly.”

I know I have a tendency to get really angry and upset but as the Lord well knows that is a response from all the past workplace bullying and sexual abuse I’ve suffered over many years.  And at one point I just snapped in the break-room. I admit I told the Predator off and I related this to his manager (we are in different depts).  Predator has had problems with not only the people in his dept but with all the other museum staff especially the women. I don’t think I have to expand on that topic as the workplace can be hell for women.

Anyway while I was going through every morning I woke up with the two below songs in my mind and on my lips. Yes God Favored me. Through fears and anxiety God Favors Me. Even with all my emotional and psychological problems God Still Favors me. I matter to the Lord.  Prayer works but remember that Faith without Works is dead. You must speak up for yourself. Nobody will do that for you.

I felt that it was significant that his manager the head of his dept at this location should come to me.  Put me in mind of the Bible Scripture verse:

2 Kings 6:15-17

New King James Version (NKJV)

15 And when the servant of the man of God arose early and went out, there was an army, surrounding the city with horses and chariots. And his servant said to him, “Alas, my master! What shall we do?”

16 So he answered, “Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them.” 17 And Elisha prayed, and said, “Lord, I pray, open his eyes that he may see.” Then the Lord opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw. And behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.

Yes I am not only Blessed and Highly Favored but God Favored Me!!

I felt in my spirit that God is telling me Daughter I’ve heard your cries and seen your tears in the night. Know that I am with you even unto the end of the world. For I have made your enemies your footstool!  I sent my son Jesus to die on the Cross for you and I will never leave you or forsake you! Be Encouraged!!

Not perfect. Just Forgiven.

Isaiah 54:17

New King James Version (NKJV)

17 No weapon formed against you shall prosper,
And every tongue which rises against you in judgment
You shall condemn.
This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord,
And their righteousness is from Me,”
Says the Lord.

My Redeemer Lives! Nothing can separate me from the Love of God!

Romans 8:31-39

New Living Translation (NLT)

Nothing Can Separate Us from God’s Love

31 What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us? 32 Since he did not spare even his own Son but gave him up for us all, won’t he also give us everything else?33 Who dares accuse us whom God has chosen for his own? No one—for God himself has given us right standing with himself. 34 Who then will condemn us? No one—for Christ Jesus died for us and was raised to life for us, and he is sitting in the place of honor at God’s right hand, pleading for us.

35 Can anything ever separate us from Christ’s love? Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death? 36 (As the Scriptures say, “For your sake we are killed every day; we are being slaughtered like sheep.”[a]) 37 No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us.

38 And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,[b] neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. 39 No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.

    1. God’s Justice is always right on time. After all I’ve been through with Neanderthal Predator men I don’t allow any guys or anybody for that matter to take advantage of me or to speak to me any old way. If you say something inappropriate or obnoxious I will call you on it and report that person. Neanderthal man has a history of sexually harassing women and bullying staff both male and female. I cannot do anything to help these other people but I will stand up for myself. What these type bullies don’t understand is despite all my faults and flaws I am a Daughter of the Most High God and God watches over his people.

      1. I agree. My parents did not raise me to be a doormat for another person’s dirty shoes. Respect Yourself and Respect Me. I don’t ask people to Love me or even Like me but at work be and act professional. No inappropriate behavior. It’s all about Respect.

      2. That’s the point!! We don’t need to be friends with everybody but we still can treat each other with respect and acceptance that we all have different lives!
