Don’t Hate! Donate!!

Can’t Donate Money??  Well many Residential Homes for Disabled Adults are in need of Art Supplies, Board Games or your time as a Volunteer. Are you a gifted and talented photographer? Well many adults with Autism are eager to learn photography and would be delighted to have you as a teacher!!

People with Autism are very creative, talented and gifted and enjoy expressing their creativity. Please Observe my brother Stephen as Artist. Drawing and creating collages are just one of the many ways he expresses himself as an Artist.

Gideon’s Greeting
When the angel of the Lord found Gideon cowering in fear from the Midianites, the angel said, “The Lord is with you, mighty warrior” (Judges 6:12 NIV). So say those words to yourself whenever you are afraid. Even when, like Gideon, you don’t feel anything like a warrior, say, “The Lord is with you, mighty warrior.”

  1. Inspiring post. I love your brother’s collage. My grandnephew has been diagnosed with autism (he is 6) and art is one of his forms of expression as well. He drew a picture that his Mom had printed through our local Autism foundation and they printed cards up with it. We each got one for Christmas last year so this year I have ordered them (with a new picture) as my Christmas cards with proceeds going towards research and programs.

    1. Wow!! Sounds Great!! Such wonderful news!! Congratulations to your grandnephew!! I felt the inspiration flowing through me as I read your Praise Report!! Super excellent idea. It might be a little late or pushing the envelope but I would like to do something similar with Stephen who is 55. I am 57. I’m so proud of my brother Stephen. He is such an Awesome Autism Guy!! Thanks!!

    1. Thanks to Vistaprint I was able to design and order three 3 T-Shirts. Two for Stephen and one for me. However we probably won’t get them until after Thanksgiving. If they come before T-Bird day then Stephen and I will model for our audience. 🙂 😀

    1. It’s not enough to oppose Dhrump evil policies which we all know will affect the disability community. We must take action. My Cause is Autism. I’ve got to do everything I can to help the agencies that make a good Life possible for my brother Stephen. This election is a wake-up call for all Americans whether they think so or not. Those who say “Just Get Over it” are caught up on their own little bubble of safety. Safety. For now. For who knows what tomorrow brings?!
