I have noticed a significant improvement in my joints. The osteoarthritis pain has lessened and reduced. I’ve also noticed an increase in my energy levels. I am glad for the improvement.

My Mom Mable Elizabeth Palmer had osteoporosis as did some of my maternal and paternal Aunts.  I do not want osteoporosis.  Quality of Life means a lot to me.  I need to be Strong for my brother Stephen who is an Awesome Amazing Autism Guy.  Next year when I turn 60 my plan is to retire  and pursue my Photography, Art, and writing full-time.  In order to pursue my passions and the desires of my heart I must, I need to be Healthy.

Eating Oatmeal. Taking Biotin and B12 supplements. Drinking Bone Broth. The chicken flavor is delicious. Now if you’re a vegetarian bone broth would not be a choice. Drinking water.

I must admit that between Thanksgiving in November and those minus zero degrees days in January I nearly ate my way into a stupor. Holiday meals plus had Grub Hub on speed dial during the freezing cold and snow in January.

Now I gotta step up my game.

Still Juicing when possible. Consuming healthy Green Soups. Also eating Oatmeal. The chicken bone broth is very tasty. Next I will try the Beef Bone Broth.

I take Liquid Vitamins as swallowing pills is troublesome. Mostly B12 and Biotin.


Oh Yes. The Gator Balm is for my dry winter skin. In January I had a horrible winter rash which causes my skin to crack, burn and peel. Once I began to apply the Gator Balm my skin started to heal within a few weeks.
