“Can’t Stop The Feeling” | Rethink Homelessness

I Celebrate along with the folks in the video because I too was nearly homeless. Evicted from my apartment in 2012. Only by the Grace of God did I Land on my feet. I am a U.S. Army Veteran, have a BA in English but my job pays very little and I suffered a minor stroke in Nov. 2008. So one can do all the right things and still fall through the cracks. Hollow platitudes of Thanks do nothing to help Veterans secure decent housing.

Here is another possible solution.

The Mayor and Gov. Cuomo need to collaborate to do something similar in New York. There are so many abandoned buildings that can be repurposed and revitalized to house currently homeless Veterans and Vets seeking low-cost, safe, clean, close to subway, pet friendly housing!!

CEE’S ODD BALL PHOTO CHALLENGE: 2016 WEEK 24

Cee’s Odd Ball Photo Challenge (COB) is all about those great photos that you take which really don’t seem to fit into a common category.  We’ve all taken them and like them, because we just can’t hit delete and get rid of them.  There is never a theme to this challenge, so what is an odd ball is all up for you to discover and photograph.

Not sure why he had the Blindfold on while playing. Maybe it helps his concentration and blocks out distractions. He did remove it after the song.
