Long time captive far from my Native Land. By the Rivers of Babylon how can I sing a song of joy.

Then Oshun and Black Moses led me across the wilderness to Freedom.

Small Sand Shark almost washed up on the beach.

Surrounded by kids and one adult who was trying to get the little shark back into the ocean I can only imagine how frightening it must be to have all these foreign two legged creatures gawking and screaming. Fortunately the lifeguard rescued him and returned it home to the sea.


At the beach I feel whole and restored. Dipping my toes and feet into the Ocean, wading in up to my waist I experience a return to childhood, carefree, splashing and playing like I…
