The minimum steps on my Samsung Fitness App started at 6000 steps but today I decided to up the ante and increased my minimum steps to 7000.



My skin at age Sixty. This is what 60 looks like. No makeup. Just sweat.


Spoke with friends at Phoenix Community Garden located on Fulton Street and Rockaway Avenue in Brooklyn. They officially opened April 6th.

I went on The Cyclone once when I was 15 years old. That was enough. Barf City. There’s also a newer bigger Rollercoaster called Thunderbolt. You know given my quesy stomach me and rides are not on speaking terms.

Walking Wednesday


Now that the weather in Brooklyn is getting Warmer I often apply conditioner and/or essential oils to my hair. That way both my body and my hair get conditioned. I feel like the product is being better absorbed while I’m walking.

Then whenI get home I give my hair a good rinse.
