How old would you be if you didn’t know how old you are?

Hard to say. Since I just turned 56 a few days ago it is difficult to imagine a different age. I’ve been told I look like I’m in my 40s so I receive that!

Where do you hide junk when people come over?

I don’t hide the junk, I throw it away! Or if it is just my brother I might temporarily put it in the closet but I usually throw away junk because I live in a very small space.

Bonus question:  What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?

I’m grateful that God allowed me to see another year of life! Praise God I turned 56!  I also Thank the Lord for my good health and strength despite a few health challenges. Looking forward to new income and writing opportunities because God opens doors that No man can close!!  Amen!!

  1. So you’re shinning bright
    With medium light
    Shunning fright
Of a step to the throne
    Such braveness! Such inspiration!
Blessings, blessings, a star in sky
May your efforts never go awry
Let all eyes see this mighty pen
Whose pen writes right and scatters dens

Happy belated birthday Sweet Sister Debbie! Blessings and love.

    1. Thanks!! I really enjoyed spending my birthday in New Jersey with my family. Lots of fun. Got plenty of rest. Ate great food. Laughed. Joked. Best way to Celebrate Birthdays are with the people you Love!! I have more photos on InstaGram so feel free to check out my snapshots. 🙂 😀 ❤

That’s what it’s about–enjoying family, good food, and fun times. Another year of life is always to be appreciated!

  3. I was reading your post and marveled at the similarities to my life. I turned 56 on February 17th and was told a few days ago that I looked liked 43. That comment made my day. You do look young. Enjoy it!

    1. Happy Belated Birthday!! We are young in heart and spirit plus when you take good care of yourself it’s easier to maintain! Here’s to our Fabulous & Fantastic 50s!! Hooray!! 🙂 ❤ 😀

  4. Happy Belated Birthday my friend!!! Wow! I love this interview…and “you look mahvelous!!!” Great photos 🙂 I think about age a little lately…as I look in the mirror and see lines that look to appear overnight sometimes!! I also live in the land of the facelift (some really BAD ones if you know what I mean) and as much as I may not be completely in love with the lines…I couldn’t possibly imagine peeling my face off to make it tighter!! So…as I ramble on dear DeBorah…I do not see any of those tell tale lines and I think you are such a beautiful soul…and I want you to know that I am so grateful for you!!!! Happy Birthday ❤ ❤

    1. Thanks Lorrie!! I enjoyed my special day! Had a blast with my cousins in New Jersey. Was great getting away from NYC for a little while and just having fun with family. Grateful and Thankful to God that I’m able to see another year!!

      1. I’m so happy you had a great time <3. Just talked with my son in NYC he said it's FREEZING!! He said I would never have made it through this winter up there…I did not object! Hope it gets really warm soon. Many blessings ❤

      2. Yes. Old Man Winter has seized the weather reigns again for one last hurrah. It is in the 40s so today I had to put on my winter coat, hoodie, scarf, & gloves again!! Hoping the Goddess of Spring with knock Jack Frost out for the count and it will go up to the 50s & 60s.
