Tender words start to itch,
The same those got me you,
What I’m doing wrong,
I swear I sight no clue,
Did we lose the magic,
Or I’m overdoing it,
Tell me what’s broken,
Tell me a bit.

Do you wanna walk back?
Swifter than you came,
But love aint the sandcastle,
That will quickly fail in ruins.

It takes time to undo.

Sorry I’m confused,
Did we get it all wrong?
Were we feeding tadpoles thinking alevins?
Tell me we were in love before,
No it won’t lessen the pain,
But tell me anyway.

I just mean to touch your hair,
Do I need to clarify “I won’t burn them”?
Don’t you know my palms sweat when I’m nervous?
It’s not petrol,
Don’t be insane.
